Singapore Youth Science Fair 2023

From scientific investigation to sustainable innovation, our students showcased their creativity and problem solving skills at the Singapore Youth Science Fair.
Singapore Youth Science Fair (SYSF) started in 2014 and is designed to promote science education, and attract mass participation at the Upper Primary and Lower Secondary levels. It is sponsored by Abbott Laboratories, and co-organized by Science Centre Singapore and Science Teachers Association of Singapore.
The theme for SYSF 2023 is "Science for Sustainable Living"
The objectives for SYSF are to:
Promote scientific study through investigative-type projects in science;
Encourage the use of creative and innovative methods in problem solving, and
Heighten students’ awareness and generate their interest in science research, and technology development.
The award ceremony was held on 28 July at Science Centre Singapore.
