The Relief Teacher will assist the respective Head of Department/Assistant Head to carry out the following duties:
- Prepare lessons according to the department's requirements
- Apply pedagogy which is aligned with that of the school/department
- Set and mark assignments/tests of your classes
- Track and monitor pupils' performance and if necessary conduct remedial lessons
- Communicate with parents of the pupil with regard to behaviour in school, academic performance or any intervention that is necessary for the well-being of the pupil
Job Requirements- A good Bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)

Executive, Research (One Year Contract) You will work closely with the teachers in the Centre for Pedagogical Research & Learning team; be responsible for quality research output in the school and provide administrative support to the Centre as a hub for research, consultancy and professional development.
Your job responsibilities are to:
- Be abreast with educational issues and maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends
- Conduct skills-build up sessions for students and provide support to research studies projects
- Present and/or publish findings at conferences, workshops and publications
- Steer Practitioner Inquiry through call for proposals, monitoring of project progress as well as provide research advice for teachers
- Co-ordinate research activities e.g. protocol submission and logistics
- Engage in research such as research design and data collection, including classroom observations, recording and interviews
- Assist in data transcription and analysis using appropriate software
- Undertake administrative tasks like minutes-taking, proof-reading and copy-editing of in-house publication, Insights, administrative support for events and updating content on the PeRL website

Officer, Information Technology (One Year Contract) You will report to the Assistant Manager, Information Technology in the following areas:
Information Technology and Information Management
- Review and make recommendations based on school's needs
- Confirm project requirements by understanding the objective, input and output requirements provided by the school and/or supervisor
- Design and create SQL Server databases as per school requirements
- Develop custom web applications based on school requirements
- Perform routine maintenance of existing web and database applications
- Review and upgrade systems to address any AFI, coordinate with vendor if under vendor maintenance agreement
- Maintain technical documentation of in-house applications
- Create online custom lists, forms and surveys for data gathering
- Provide support to end-users
Education - Assist in educating staff and students on the school's IT system and Standard Operating Procedures so that staff and students know their responsibilities as an information provider and user
- Create user guides and instructional videos as part of IT Educational Programme
- Conduct training on a needs basis
Data Mining and Analysis - Assist in data preparation (for SEM, BOG, Founder's Day etc. Reports)
- Analyse key surveys (internal and external, e.g. SCS, QSE, SBGE, TRES, NE) and academic results (e.g. GCE 'A' and 'O' Levels, RPMS)
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Diploma

Executive, Partnerships & Community Relations You will report to the Director, Communications & Partnerships in the following areas:
- Assist in developing policies and sustainable strategies for partner engagement and relationship building with various stakeholders
- Plan, implement and review partnership engagement efforts
- Coordinate opportunities for voluntary support
- Establish and maintain links with various stakeholder groups in support of the school's goal of building closer ties with strategic partner groups
- Communicate regularly with corporate partners to foster sustainable relationships
- Liaise and network with alumnae to support alumnae activities and meet school's needs
- Plan and assist school in fundraising efforts
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Stakeholder Engagement and/or Development/Advancement work
- Degree in Communications, Arts and Social Sciences or other related fields of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ease with using audio visual equipment

Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Strategic Communications You will work with the Director, Communications & Partnerships and the Communications & Partnerships team in supporting the school's communications, publicity and outreach efforts in accordance with the strategic plan for the school.
Your job responsibilities are:
- Monitor the school's website including updating information and responding to enquiries
- Monitor the school's social media platforms to provide a consistent, targeted and impactful message
- Produce publicity and corporate collaterals, corporate and internal presentation slides, corporate photography and photo library and Yearbook
- Maintain the school's corporate merchandise registry and source for new corporate merchandise when required
- Develop internal communications protocol for staff, including updating the Corporate Communications Handbook, providing guidelines on use of collaterals, school letters etc to ensure a consistent brand image
- Partner departments in organising events and projects by providing promotional material, public relations support, proofreading and editorial support and ensure that the corporate branding is consistent throughout
- Manage photographers and videographers on shoots for events and collaterals
Requirements - Degree or Diploma in journalism, mass communications, marketing, humanities or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in media relations, journalism, in-house or agency communications, including handling of issues and crises
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing and editing skills
- Good interpersonal skills, independent worker and team player
