It provides a platform for students to develop their aptitude and potential in the pure and applied sciences through critical thinking. Students are also able to network with other like-minded students and academia in Singapore.
Comprising Year 3 and 4 students from Cogitare, Team RGS emerged the first runner-up at Astrigue 2019.
Close to 30 teams took part in Astrigue this year, and our RGS team emerged as the first runner-up after a day of intensive competition, which was held at Raffles Institution.
Astrigue is an Astronomy competition held in April every year for secondary school students around Singapore, and through the competitions, students learn more about Astronomy, which is not taught as part of the curriculum in schools.
