Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2025

RGS alumnae Felicia Tan Ee Shan and Low Li Ying Amy (Class of 2023) were selected to represent Singapore at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2025, held from 10 to 16 May in Columbus, Ohio. Their project, Great Minds Think Alike, Great Models Think All at Once: MAESTRO, A Unified Framework for Video-Audio Understanding & Reasoning, attained 2nd place in the Robotics and Intelligent Machines category.

Following the competition, the students reflected on their experience:

“Reflecting on the experience at Regeneron ISEF 2025, we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent Singapore on a global stage. Engaging with global researchers showed us that STEM is not just about innovation, but about asking better questions — ones that challenge assumptions and drive meaningful change. The experience was both humbling and inspiring, and we are thankful for the unwavering support of our mentors, teachers, family and friends who made this journey possible.”
