Abstract:


Year 2 GAP students are allowed to enter into SAP Year 3, upon good grades for their GAP module and also good performance in their selection test. However, the Year 2 GAP grades might not be an accurate indicator of suitability into SAP program, due to the assessment nature of GAP for the past years. This research aims to investigate on how the nature of assessment for Year 2 GAP for 2012, 2013 and 2014 may or may not result in suitable candidates for SAP Year 3s. Also a comparison will be made on the nature of assessment for GAP 2015 and if the revised assessment mode can be a better indicator of suitability for SAP Year 3.
