Non Teaching Positions
CCA Flexi Adjunct Teachers
Teachers-in-charge of co-curricular activities (CCA) play an important role in managing the CCA in a school. Your main responsibilities as a CCA teacher are:

To collaborate with other teachers IC of CCA and the coach/ instructor in delivery of the CCA Programme to achieve CCA objectives

Executive, Strategic Communications and Partnerships
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Strategic Communications and Partnerships
Executive to support key functions, including partnership development,
stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and events planning and
engagement. This role requires a proactive professional who can strengthen
strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, enhance engagement efforts,
drive innovative programs and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
• Coordinate engagement and volunteer opportunities for Parents of RGS
and RGS Alumnae.
• Oversee operations of the RGS Store, Parents of RGS/RGS Alumnae online
merchandise shop (including product planning, vendor liaison, inventory
management and monthly reporting).
• Develop sustainable strategies for partner engagement and relationship
building with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with programme coordinators and partners to leverage on
external expertise and resources for partnership initiatives and collaboration
opportunities.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate various partnership initiatives with clearly
defined objectives, deliverables, and success indicators to ensure optimal
outcomes.
Strategic Communications
• Publish all collaterals, events and announcements across official digital
platforms in a timely and coordinated manner.
• Ensure seamless alignment, content accuracy and brand consistency in
all school messaging and communications.
• Provide photography and videography coverage for school events, activities
and management of digital media asset libraries.
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Communications, Arts and Social Sciences or other
related fields of study.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnership development, stakeholder
engagement and strategic communications.
• Hands-on experience in basic photography, videography and digital publishing
would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

School Counsellor
You will report to the Head, Guidance Services, in the following areas:
1. Establish, implement, and evaluate the school counselling and guidance
programme
• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate initiatives that promote
students’ social, emotional, and mental well-being.
Implement strategies for early identification and intervention of students
with emotional, behavioural, or mental health concerns.
• Develop and refine a tiered referral and support system that ensures
timely and effective care.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of counselling sessions
and provide periodic reports to school management on counselling trends
and student needs.
• Contribute expertise in child and adolescent development to the design,
delivery, and evaluation of the school’s guidance curriculum and well-being
programmes.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for staff and parents on counselling-related
topics and emerging adolescent issues.
• Build and sustain partnerships with external agencies, mental health
professionals, and community services to support referrals and multidisciplinary
care.
2. Provide socio-emotional counselling and consultation support
• Offer direct counselling (individual and group) to students facing emotional,
social, behavioural, or mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with key school personnel through structured case management
discussions to ensure coordinated and holistic care for students.
• Engage parents/guardians in the counselling process and conduct home
visits where appropriate.
• Refer students and families to relevant community or specialist services
as needed.
3. Support school staff in student well-being, behavioural management,
and crisis intervention
• Advise and support teachers on managing students with socio-emotional
or behavioural needs, including input on student development, classroom
interventions, and support strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to students experiencing acute
emotional distress or risk situations.
• Support the school’s crisis management processes and contribute to the
post-crisis recovery plan.
Requirements
• Relevant Postgraduate qualification in counselling, psychology, social
work or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in counselling, preferably with
children or adolescents in an educational or adolescence-related setting.
• Possess an open mind, flexibility and cultural sensitivity
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
• Strong collaborative and time management skills
• Ability to design and implement systems and structures
• Experience in developing digital content (e.g. videos, infographics,
online toolkits) for adolescence education in mental health and well-being
would be an advantage.

Executive, Research
We are seeking a dedicated Research Executive to join the Centre for Pedagogical
Research & Learning (PeRL) team. You will be responsible for driving
research and analytics to support the school’s mission of fostering evidence-backed
teaching and learning practices. This role involves contributing to the
strategic planning of key research projects and pedagogical innovation
through data-driven insights and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Data Analysis
• Conduct literature reviews to inform school-based research and innovation
projects.
• Collect, analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from
surveys, focus groups, dialogues and classroom observations to generate
actionable insights.
• Develop visuals, dashboards and reports that translate research findings
into strategic recommendations for school improvement.
Professional Learning
• Present and communicate research findings to various stakeholders.
• Provide logistical and content support for PeRL’s professional learning
events.
• Coordinate the publication and sharing of research findings in print,
digital and presentation formats.
• Provide research support by building teachers’ capacity in research
literacy through consultation, workshops and co-created resources that
support practitioner inquiry.
• Collaborate with other departments to advance learning and innovation
in alignment with the school’s evolving needs and strategic direction.
Information Management
• Maintain project documentation, submissions and records of ongoing research
projects.
• Manage PeRL’s research databases, archives, inventories and resource
repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Support the digitization of research processes to enhance data accuracy,
streamline access and promote collaboration among departments.
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics,
or related fields of study.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis
or education-related work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
and basic statistical or data analysis tools (eg. SPSS Statistics, Google
Sheets).
• Strong analytical, documentation and organizational skills with familiarity
in research methodologies.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability
to work independently.
