Full-Time Teachers

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Believes first of all in nurturing the child as a whole person, and who have a strong belief in every student’s ability and motivation to learn.

• Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with relevant teaching subject(s)

• Possesses deep knowledge of their subject discipline and an openness to explore connections across disciplines.  Our curriculum is developed in a constructive context that encourages students to make connections across the disciplines.

• Believes the teacher is a model, mentor, and coach in the creation of a learning environment that challenges students in learning, inquiry and leadership; and

• Is able to work well, whether in a team or individual setting
  

Relief Teachers

The Relief Teacher will assist the respective Head of Department/Assistant Head to carry out the following duties:

• Prepare lessons according to the department's requirements

• Apply pedagogy which is aligned with that of the school/department

• Set and mark assignments/tests of your classes

• Track and monitor pupils' performance and if necessary conduct remedial lessons 

• Communicate with parents of the pupil with regard to behaviour in school, academic  performance or any intervention that is necessary for the well-being of the pupil
  

Job Requirements

• A good Bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)

• Enjoy teaching the age group of students from 13 to 18 years old

• Strong content mastery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1. Executive, Finance

Join our Finance team and play a key role in managing accounts receivables, fixed assets, GST reporting, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, receipts, and perform counter collections.

• Track collections, resolve overdue fees, and monitor AR aging.

• Process GIRO collections and Edusave deductions via iBens for enrichment programmes.

• Update bank transactions and monitor MOE grant receipts.

• Issue tax-deductible receipts (TDRs) for ECF-approved donations via TEDAS.

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation schedules.

• Ensure compliance with financial SOPs and internal controls.

• Fixed Assets Management

• Maintain and update fixed asset records, including tagging and depreciation.

• Track physical asset movement and perform annual fixed assets count.

• Manage journal entries related to capital grants and deferred capital accounts.

• Prepare accurate and timely quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.

• Procurement Support

• Assist with day-to-day procurement operations and ensure compliance with IM Procurement guidelines.

• Review procurement policies and processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings through economies of scale.

   

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• Hand-on experience with SAP Business One accounting system would be advantageous

• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and good communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Relevant experience in AR or fixed assets management preferred

2. School Counsellor

You will report to the Head, Guidance Services, in the following areas:

1. Establish, implement, and evaluate the school counselling and guidance programme which involves

• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate initiatives that promote students’ social, emotional, and mental well-being.

• Implement strategies for early identification and intervention of students with emotional, behavioural, or mental health concerns.

• Develop and refine a tiered referral and support system that ensures timely and effective care.

• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of counselling sessions and provide periodic reports to school management on counselling trends and student needs.

• Contribute expertise in child and adolescent development to the design, delivery, and evaluation of the school’s guidance curriculum and well-being programmes.

• Plan and conduct training sessions for staff and parents on counselling-related topics and emerging youth issues.

• Build and sustain partnerships with external agencies, mental health professionals, and community services to support referrals and multidisciplinary care.

2. Provide socio-emotional counselling and consultation support:

• Offer direct counselling (individual and group) to students facing emotional, social, behavioural, or mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with key school personnel through structured case management discussions to ensure coordinated and holistic care for students.

• Engage parents/guardians in the counselling process and conduct home visits where appropriate.

• Refer students and families to relevant community or specialist services as needed.

3. Support school staff in student well-being, behavioural management, and crisis intervention:

• Advise and support teachers on managing students with socio-emotional or behavioural needs, including input on student development, classroom interventions, and support strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to students experiencing acute emotional distress or risk situations.

• Support the school’s crisis management processes and contribute to the post-crisis recovery plan.

Requirements

• Relevant Postgraduate qualification in counselling, psychology, social work or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in counselling, preferably with children or adolescents in an educational or youth-related setting.

• Possess an open mind, flexibility and cultural sensitivity

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills

• Strong collaborative and time management skills

• Ability to design and implement systems and structures

• Experience in developing digital content (e.g. videos, infographics, online toolkits) for youth education in mental health and well-being would be an advantage.

3. CCA Flexi Adjunct Teachers

Teachers-in-charge of co-curricular activities (CCA) play an important role in managing the CCA in a school. Your main responsibilities as a CCA teacher are:

• To collaborate with other teachers IC of CCA and the coach/ instructor in delivery of the CCA Programme to achieve CCA objectives

• To monitor students’ participation

• To assist in coordinating CCA resources for effective CCA delivery and ensure that CCA attendance are submitted on time and with accuracy 

Requirements

• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to commit to up to 1 academic year

• Prior teaching experience or experience working on youth programmes is an advantage

• Registered with MOE as FAJT
