We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with relevant teaching subject(s)

The Relief Teacher will assist the respective Head of Department/Assistant Head to carry out the following duties:
- Prepare lessons according to the department’s requirements
- Apply pedagogy which is aligned with that of the school/department
- Set and mark assignments/tests of your classes
- Track and monitor pupils’ performance and if necessary conduct remedial lessons
- Communicate with parents of the pupil with regard to behaviour in school, academic performance or any intervention that is necessary for the well-being of the pupil
Job Requirements
- A good Bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
- Enjoy teaching the age group of students from 13 to 18 years old
- Strong content mastery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
NON TEACHING POSITIONS
Officer, Student Services
The Student Services Officer supports current students. It is a customer-service role that represents the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. The officer will be supporting the school in delivering efficient, effective high-quality services to them.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the effective administration of the school by undertaking the administrative and clerical activities associated with the efficient operation of the Student Services Office, including:

providing a Student Services Office reception service and responding to enquiries
-
performing the administrative requirements associated with student development, including monitoring and updating student movement in school, preparing documents to be issued to students on early exit, keeping accurate records of VIA, Sports Customization, Raffles Digital Badge
-
providing administrative support for smooth application of financial assistance, scholarships, bursaries and awards
-
assisting in facilitating surveys and field tests
-
identifying, collecting and collating information through accessing databases and liaising with MOE, parents, school staff and RI Boarding for the case of the International/ASEAN Scholars enrolled in the school.
-
maintaining secure and confidential manual and automated filing systems, including performing subject allocation and subject weightings
-
providing administrative support and facilitate events and activities support.

providing first aid assistance and care to students attending sick bay and contacting parents, when necessary, regarding students first aid treatment
-
managing the booking and usage of all Filiae Centre rooms
Requirements
-
At least a Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience.
-
Self-motivated and able to prioritise and execute tasks effectively.
-
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Have the passion to serve and with positive customer service mindset.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
IT Support Assistant (Temporary Position)
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the IT team on the following and not limited to:
Responsibilities

Daily check of Backup job (monitoring)
-
Weekly Physical check of Server Rooms
-
Timely renewal on Teaching & Learning application licenses
-
Daily support on staff and student devices
-
Creating case tickets to escalate to vendors
-
Assist IT team members with Windows server updates and timely renewal of server certificates
-
AV support as and when required
Requirements
-
Minimum Nitec in any IT-related discipline or equivalent
-
IT support and troubleshooting experience will be advantageous
-
Able to start immediately
