Vendors may also propose set meals comprising a main protein, vegetables and rice. Provide a balanced selection daily, including at least 2–3 vegetable options and milder, less spicy dishes suitable for secondary school students. OR Offer a variety of Japanese dishes (e.g. teriyaki chicken, yakiniku beef, grilled fish, curry rice, donburi and udon) served with rice or noodles. Vendors may also propose set meals comprising a main protein, vegetables and rice. Provide a balanced selection daily, including at least 2–3 vegetable options and healthier meal options suitable for secondary school students. Menu should be student-friendly, less oily, and affordably priced. Must be able to meet the Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP) requirements by the Health Promotion Board. Vendors should have the capability to prepare and serve food in bulk to meet the daily student population.

*The School shall reserves the right to determine the successful cuisine concept based on the overall evaluation, including menu suitability, nutritional value, affordability and food tasting results.

Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)
List of proposed menu and pricing for all items
Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene Course, etc
Records of past catering or canteen experiences, if any

3. Submit the completed application form and documents via email OR to the School’s General Office by the closing date.

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

Singapore citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for stallholder.
Stall assistant(s) may be a SC or SPR or a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or LTVP-Plus holder with Letter of Consent to work.
Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices. Prices will be determined in consultation with the school canteen committee.
Able to provide cooked food that meets the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines.
Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene. This includes complying with relevant authorities’ requirements and guidelines.
Healthy and fit to operate the stall.
Must be in personal attendance at the stall during operating hours.
Provide own cutleries, crockery, utensils, pedal bins and items as needed in the running of a stall.
Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.

Note to successful applicants:

Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) operating the stall must attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore approved training providers.
Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to operate the stall.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the school at the applicant’s own expense.

Applications are non-transferable. Requests to substitute applicants after the application closing date will generally not be accepted. The School may, at its sole discretion, consider requests arising from exceptional circumstances. The School's decision shall be final.
